TSC India expands travel portfolio with entry into hotels and visa Services

TSC India Limited has announces a strategic expansion of its service portfolio with entry into the hotel and visa services segments, marking a significant step in its journey toward building a more diversified travel solutions platform. The development reflects the company’s continued focus on strengthening its position across the travel value chain and enhancing customer offerings beyond its core ticketing services.

As part of this expansion, the company has entered the visa services business through the acquisition of GITHM Pvt. Ltd., enabling it to immediately establish operational capabilities in visa processing and documentation support. The acquired entity is reported to have an existing customer base and established infrastructure, allowing for seamless integration and early contribution to revenue performance.

In addition, TSC India is developing its hotels vertical to offer accommodation-related solutions through its agent network, enabling travel partners to provide integrated booking services to end customers. The initiative is aimed at expanding the company’s reach within the broader travel ecosystem while addressing the growing demand for end-to-end, technology-enabled travel solutions in India’s expanding tourism market.

The company has stated that both new verticals are expected to create additional revenue streams and support long-term scalable growth. Management believes the expansion aligns with evolving consumer preferences for integrated travel services and positions the company to benefit from increasing travel demand and tourism activity in India.

Commenting on the development, the Managing Director of TSC India Limited noted that the entry into hotels and visa services represents a natural extension of the company’s existing capabilities in travel services. He added that the early response has been encouraging and that the new businesses are expected to contribute positively to the company’s overall growth trajectory in the coming years.
