ETAA South unveils 2025–26 committee, partners with Volshebny for destination session

The Enterprising Travel Agents Association (ETAA)  South Chapter announces its newly elected committee for the term 2025–2026. This pivotal leadership transition marks a renewed commitment for the growth of the association in the southern region.

The new working committee was inducted by past chairman’s – Mr Joy, Mr, Patrick and Ms Princy.

The newly appointed leadership team is as follows:

· Chairman and Regional Director : Mr. Joyson –

· Vice Chairperson: Ms. Princy K.D.

· Secretary: Mr. Dinesh

· Treasurer: Mr. Vimalesh

· Advisors: Mr. M.P. Joy, Mr. Aravind ansd Mr Patrick

· Committee Members: Ms. Sanjeevi Singh, Ms. Zeenat, Mr. Nandish, Mr. Nagraj, Mr. Patrick, Mr. Jagdish, Mr. Rahman, Mr. Ravindra, Mr. Sandeep, and Mr. Damodar

Speaking on the occasion – Mr. Joyson, the Chairman said – “At its core, this association is a dynamic networking platform and an invaluable knowledge center. Looking ahead to this year, our focus will be clear and actionable:

· We plan to host an event in Bengaluru every alternate month, providing consistent opportunities for engagement and learning.

· We would also take ETAA events to tier 2 cities as well.

· Crucially, we will work tirelessly to negotiate advantageous deals from airlines, hotels, and other suppliers, directly benefiting your businesses.

· We aim to develop a comprehensive template of best practices specifically for ETAA members, empowering you with the knowledge to excel in your operations.”

Chairman also alarmed its members about the scams in the industry and the losses incurred by mistakes from the employees.

 

With this new committee at the helm, ETAA South is poised to elevate its role as a catalyst for connecting with tourism boards,worldwide DMC’s and Airlines.

The collective experience and diverse expertise of the committee members are expected to bring forth innovative ideas and impactful initiatives throughout the coming term.

Commemorating the occasion, the chapter hosted a Destination Knowledge Session, spotlighting four emerging and culturally rich destinations — Georgia, Russia, Kazakhstan,

and Armenia. This exclusive session was conceptualized and presented by Volshebny Holidays LLP, a leading DMC with deep operational expertise in the CIS region.

The interactive session was led by Mr. Hashtip Bhavsar and Ms. Urmi Bhavsar, with strategic insights from the company’s visionary co-founders Mr. Manish Bhavsar and Mr. Yatin Bhavsar. Their immersive presentations offered valuable on-ground perspectives, product knowledge, and tailored travel solutions — equipping attendees with actionable insights to better promote these destinations in the Indian outbound market.

 

The evening concluded on a high note with a networking cocktail dinner at The Pride Hotel, Bangalore, offering members a dynamic forum to connect, exchange ideas, and explore future collaborations within the travel fraternity.

The ETAA South Chapter extends its best wishes to the newly elected committee, encouraging members to actively engage in the chapter’s upcoming programs and initiatives. With leadership rooted in purpose and passion, the chapter is set to chart an inspiring course ahead.
