Four Seasons, in partnership with Red Sea Global announces the launch of Four Seasons Private Residences Red Sea at Shura Island. Located within The Red Sea, Red Sea Global’s flagship regenerative tourism destination, the release is limited to 75 exclusive residences, comprising 43 Dune Villas and 32 Waterside Villas, each designed to offer elegant living, personalised service, and seamless integration with the natural surroundings of Shura Island.

“Bringing our highly sought-after residences to Shura Island is a significant milestone as we expand our presence in Saudi Arabia,” said Alejandro Reynal, President and Chief Executive Officer, Four Seasons. “We are delighted to play a role in this impressive development, and together with our partners at Red Sea Global, we look forward to offering residents the opportunity to enjoy luxury living with Four Seasons in this remarkable destination.”

Situated between Four Seasons Resort and Shura Links, the island’s 18-hole championship golf course, the residences offer direct access to pristine beaches and the Red Sea. Designed to reflect their distinct dune and waterfront settings, the villas blend harmoniously into the island’s dynamic landscape, offering both privacy and a strong connection to nature.

“Life on Shura Island is more than homeownership; it’s an invitation to live extraordinarily at the heart of the Red Sea,” said Stephen Cheesebrough, Head of Development, Red Sea Global. “Residents will enjoy privileged access to world-class dining, designer boutiques, wellness sanctuaries, tennis and padel facilities, and a championship golf course framed by turquoise waters. With over half of the residences already secured, this is a rare opportunity to be part of one of the world’s most remarkable island destinations.”

Luxury Living with Unmatched Amenities

Designed by Foster + Partners, with interiors by Goddard Littlefair, the three- to five-bedroom villas feature expansive layouts ranging from 414 to 534 square metres, private infinity pools, and generous terraces for effortless al fresco living. Natural materials such as marble, limestone, and rattan define the interiors, creating refined spaces that celebrate seclusion, cultural discovery, and the region’s rich biodiversity.

Residents will enjoy year-round access to a wide range of water-based activities, including paddle boarding, sailing, kayaking, snorkelling, and PADI scuba diving across the Red Sea’s 200-kilometre coastline and the world’s fourth-largest barrier reef system. Access to the neighbouring Shura Links Clubhouse, operated by Four Seasons, adds a dedicated social hub featuring a fitness centre, pool, and restaurant.

At Home with Four Seasons

Homeowners will benefit from a service-rich lifestyle supported by a dedicated Four Seasons team, led by a Director of Residences. Services include housekeeping, personal chefs, menu planning, childcare, golf lessons, and water sports instruction, along with comprehensive property management—ensuring each residence is cared for whether owners are in residence or away.

Sustainable Access and Global Connectivity

Shura Island, the largest island within The Red Sea destination, has been master-planned with sustainability at its core. Powered entirely by renewable energy, the development prioritises marine conservation, limited-density construction, and long-term environmental stewardship, including plans to grow over 30 million plants by 2030.

Set to welcome residents and guests in 2026, Red Sea International Airport (RSI) now operates regular domestic and international flights, with direct connections from Dubai, Doha, Jeddah, and Riyadh. From the airport, Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Red Sea at Shura Island is just a 25-minute electric vehicle drive, offering seamless access to one of the world’s most ambitious luxury island destinations.
