The first restaurant to offer contemporary Japanese Cuisine in India – Wasabi by Morimoto at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai paved the path for a revolution when it was launched in 2004.

To celebrate its milestone 18th Anniversary, Wasabi by Morimoto will be showcasing never-before-seen Menus by our NEW Japanese Master Chefs – Chef Shimomura Kazayu (right) & Chef Atusi Kohara (left) culminating in the visit of Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto. A month-long celebration of thoughtful Japanese food & beverages curated by our Masters from 13th September – 09 October 2022.
