Mumbai’s newest Japanese restaurant – Akina launches a sleek & sophisticated Sunday brunch affair, which starts from 12 pm to 4 pm on Sunday 18th September 2022.
Akina’s signature dishes will be put together by the expert culinary team; from snacks and salads to sushi, Robata & Warayaki to rice. All this delicious food is accompanied by a free-flowing selection of cocktails, wines, beer, bubbly, and spirits.
The brunch will start with a delectable offering of hot & cold sharing premium snacks for the table. which will be then followed by a selection of sushi & maki rolls from the treasured sushi bar and a selection of substantial main courses that showcase the Robata & Warayaki grill featuring the signature BBQ Chilean with Black pepper & soy butter sauce to the Warayaki grilled baby chicken with Miso corn to the King prawns with Chipotle butter and signature rice staple dishes too. Completing the experience is a delicately crafted dessert platter of signature Japanese desserts.
The menu also has a good selection of vegetarian dishes for the plant-based brunch diner. Elegant yet hip & trendy vibes as the resident DJ drops fun music tunes of current trending music tunes along with an eclectic choice of classics deep house, disco, retro & funk to make your brunch afternoon experience wholesome & memorable.
