North West Frontier & Bengali
Waterside Cafe takes pride in having nomadic flavours from our undivided India with its unique style of cooking and ingredients. Chef Amandeep crafted the menu with a range of delectable options. The Flavour of butter chicken to kosha mangsho leaves one intrigued. Nalli Gosht to Luchi Aloo Dum, this section ranges from cuisines of hilly terrains to the Bay of Bengal. The extensive mouth-watering kebabs to aromatic fish, it serves all palate.
Flavours and unparalleled aromas accentuate this kitchen. It offers an ample selection of classic favourites and regional specialities. Indonesian Nasi Goreng and chicken satays, Chinese wok specialities, steaming hot dim sums and baos, and aromatic Thai curries are the highlights of Oriental cuisine.
Middle Eastern and European studio
The Mediterranean cuisine with finesse and flair of European meals and rustic Lebanese and Arabic colourful plates are served with equal aplomb. Chef Golam Kaderi, the artist behind the sweet tooth cravings, has crafted this quintessential space with elements of fun and flavour. Embark on a sensorial journey and pamper your taste buds with the ultimate indulgence like never before, the Magnum bar coated with different flavours of chocolate makes one relive their childhood memories.
