Dusit International, announces the appointment of Ms Prachoom Tantiprasertsuk, Vice President – Operations (Central & Southern Thailand) and Government & Business Relations, as President of the Thailand Incentive and Convention Association (TICA) for the 2025–2026 term.
TICA, a non-profit organisation established in 1984, plays a vital role in positioning Thailand as a premier destination for meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions (MICE). With over three decades of service to the association—including her recent role as Vice President—Ms Tantiprasertsuk brings deep industry insight, a strong commitment to sustainability, and a collaborative spirit to her new role.
Her appointment reflects Dusit International’s dedication to enhancing Thailand’s tourism and hospitality industry through impactful leadership and values-driven engagement.
“I feel incredibly honoured to step up from Vice President to President of TICA,” says Ms Tantiprasertsuk. “At Dusit, I am proud to represent a Thai brand globally. Now, in this new role, I have the privilege of leading efforts to promote Thailand as a world-class MICE destination. Together with partners from the government, private, and international sectors, I will work to ensure our country remains a top choice for organisers worldwide.”
Ms Tantiprasertsuk aims to integrate Dusit’s four pillars—Gracious Service, Locality, Well-being, and Sustainability—into TICA’s national MICE strategy, ensuring memorable, responsible, and locally connected experiences for global audiences.
She succeeds Mr Sumate Sudasna Ayutthaya, who serves as TICA President for 16 years. Inspired by his visionary leadership, she is committed to preserving the association’s strong reputation while promoting transparency, professionalism, and future leadership.

Mr Chanin Donavanik, Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Executive Committee, Dusit International, serves as an Honorary Advisor to the Thai Hotels Association (THA) and President of the Thai Hotels Standard Foundation.

Ms Suphajee Suthumpun, Group CEO of Dusit International, is a member of the School International Advisory Board at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and an Advisory Board Member for the International Hotel Investment Forum (IHIF) Asia.
Dusit’s commitment to hospitality education continues through Dusit Hospitality Education, which includes Dusit Thani College, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School, and The Food School. These institutions prepare future leaders with globally relevant skills and host major events like WorldSkills Lyon 2024 and Hotelex China 2025.
