Rahul Gupta began his journey with Marriott in 2014 in India, and in August 2022, he joined Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa. His leadership expanded further when he assumed the role of Complex Senior Sales Manager for Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa and The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort & Spa (Feb 2023 – Feb 2024), strengthening market penetration and enhancing brand visibility across key Indian segments.

With over 15 years of hospitality experience, Rahul has consistently driven revenue growth across Corporate, MICE, Social, and Leisure markets. His sharp market insights and strong sales acumen have delivered substantial business growth for luxury and premium hotel brands.
