In a significant stride towards enhancing the tourism and luxury landscape of Madhya Pradesh, the Treasure Group, renowned for bringing India’s 8th and Madhya Pradesh’s first mall in 2004 along with several international brands to the country, has announced a series of pioneering projects in collaboration with the state government.
First international championship golf course and wellness centre near Sanchi
Moving forward, the group, in association with the Government of Madhya Pradesh, is set to establish the region’s first 18-hole championship golf course and an international-standard luxury wellness centre of world-class calibre in Neenod near Sanchi. These developments aim to place Madhya Pradesh firmly on the global map for sports tourism and wellness retreats.
Vision for world-class luxury resort at Najarpura island
Furthering its commitment to tourism, Treasure Group, in collaboration with the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Department, has embraced the vision of the Honourable Chief Minister to create a world-class luxury resort of multi-themed category at Najarpura island. This ambitious project is expected to significantly enhance the tourism footprint of the state and offer unique experiences to domestic and international visitors.
Recognition and investment commitment
At the Madhya Pradesh Travel Mart 2025, held at Kushabhau Thackeray International Convention Centre, Bhopal, on 11 October 2025, Mr. Vianayak Kalani, Managing Director & CEO of Treasure Group, was awarded the LOA by Honourable Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Central Tourism Minister Mr. Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, State Tourism Minister Dharmendra Bhav Singh Lodhi, along with other distinguished dignitaries.
The Treasure Group has envisioned an investment of ₹450 crore towards these tourism initiatives, underscoring its commitment to adding tremendous value to the global tourism image of Madhya Pradesh and furthering the state’s status as a premier destination for luxury and leisure.
