This summer, Carlton Cannes, a Regent Hotel invites guests to celebrate the Pyrotechnic Art Festival with exclusive dinner experiences created for special evenings throughout July and August.

Set on the Croisette, overlooking the Bay of Cannes, the hotel offers an exclusive setting to enjoy the festival’s renowned fireworks displays. Guests can choose between three of Carlton Cannes’ dining destinations, Riviera Restaurant, Rüya Restaurant, and Carlton Beach Club Restaurant, with each offering a dedicated menu for the occasion.

Following the upcoming display on 4th August, guests can also experience the Pyrotechnic Art Festival on 15th and 24th August 2026, with exclusive dinner menus available across Carlton Cannes’ restaurants on each evening. For the 4th, at Carlton Beach Club Restaurant, the evening will begin with flame-seared salmon served with yogurt, herb salad, and cucumber, followed by poultry breast with Albufera sauce, mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables from the Cannes region. The menu concludes with peach confit, verbena-infused cream, and crisp meringue.

At the Riviera Restaurant, guests are invited to share a selection of carefully prepared dishes, including salmon gravlax pastrami, Gambero Rosso with stracciatella and raspberries, mozzarella, and crispy chicken suprême and thigh, followed by a delicate peach dessert with verbena-infused cream and meringue.

Rüya Restaurant also presents a dedicated festival menu, bringing its distinctive Anatolian-inspired cuisine to the occasion.
Combining front-row views of one of the Riviera’s most anticipated summer events with exceptional dining, or simply celebrating a special occasion, Carlton Cannes offers guests an experience that captures the essence of a French summer—where special evenings end with fireworks over the Mediterranean.
