China Southern Airlines is strengthening air connectivity between India and China with the launch of a new daily non-stop service between Delhi and Guangzhou. The new route is scheduled to commence on September 21, 2026, further enhancing travel options between two of Asia’s key economic and cultural hubs.
According to the announced schedule, flight CZ359 will operate daily from Guangzhou to Delhi, while flight CZ360 will provide a daily return service from Delhi to Guangzhou. The route will be operated using a Boeing 737-8 aircraft, offering passengers convenient and reliable connectivity between the two destinations.
Industry stakeholders believe the launch reflects growing demand for travel between India and China across business, trade, education, and tourism segments. The new service is expected to facilitate greater people-to-people exchanges while supporting commercial and tourism-related movement between the two countries.
Travel trade experts note that the addition of a daily non-stop connection strengthens aviation links between the Indian and Chinese markets and provides greater flexibility for travellers seeking direct access to Guangzhou, one of China’s major business and transportation gateways.
The route expansion aligns with broader efforts by airlines across Asia to enhance regional connectivity and support the recovery and growth of international travel demand.
