Courtyard by Marriott announces Opening of Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar

Courtyard by Marriott, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of 30 extraordinary brands, announced the brand’s debut in Mahabaleshwar with the opening of Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar. Located in the beautiful hills and valleys of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Western India, the 93-room new hotel is set to provide a sophisticated yet comfortable environment for guests to elevate their travel experience in this alluring destination.

Set against the stunning backdrop of majestic peaks and a lush green valley, Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar sits at an impressive 1,353 m above sea level and nestles right above the famous Lingmala Waterfalls and Venna River. Mahabaleshwar is known as “the Strawberry Capital of India”, guests staying at the hotel have easy access to an array of unique experiences including strawberry picking at various pluck parks and scenic picnic spot close to the Lingmala falls. Connectivity to Mahabaleshwar is smooth and hassle free with enhanced roadways linked to metro cities like Mumbai and Pune – the property is a few hours’ drive from Mumbai and Pune Airport.

Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar features 93 well-appointed, spacious guestrooms with private balconies and soon to open villas with beautiful balcony views and direct access to a plunge pool. Sigri, the Indian fine dining restaurant is an ode to the decadent royalty and richness of the cuisines of the Nawabs. Savor delicacies prepared the traditional way, slow cooked over smoldering wood fires, bringing alive in all its authenticity, the rich, aromatic flavors of Imperial India.
