The DLC Guide Mumbai Second Edition 2025, a ground-breaking and independent global hospitality rating system founded by Mr. Jimmy Mistry under the aegis of Della Leaders Club (DLC), concluded successfully on Monday evening at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. The prestigious event brought together leading restaurateurs, hoteliers, entrepreneurs, and industry stalwarts to recognise and celebrate excellence across India’s hospitality sector.

Inspired by globally respected benchmarks such as Michelin and Forbes, the DLC Guide has rapidly established itself as a credible, bias-free global credit rating platform. It evaluates hospitality establishments on real-world operational excellence, consistency, and guest impact, setting a new standard for transparent and experience-driven recognition.
The Mumbai Second Edition honoured a curated selection of standout establishments across restaurant, hotel, and bar categories.
In the restaurant category, awardees included Masque, The Table, Izumi, Paradox, Akina, Late Checkout, Mizu Izakaya, La Loca Maria, Bandra Born, INKA by Bastian, Comorin, Gaijin, Ziya, Milagro, and Dum Phukt, each recognised for culinary innovation, consistency, and exceptional guest experience.
In the hotel category, Fairmont Mumbai emerged as the sole recipient, acknowledged for its comprehensive luxury offering and operational excellence.
In the bar category, Sixteen33 was recognised for its concept-driven approach and contribution to Mumbai’s evolving nightlife and beverage culture.
The integrity of the evaluation process was reinforced by a distinguished panel of industry leaders and professionals, including Vratika Agarwal, Sabbas Joseph, Sajjid Mitha, Devita Saraf, Alessandro Giuliani, Anshul Singhal, Tanya Satish, Mozez Singh, Ritika Vardhan, Harsh Jagwani, Aarti Vijay Gupta, Rohan Jeh, Neha Premjee, Kshiraja Surendranath, Tasheen Rahimtoola, and Reshma Ajbani. Launched just 18 months ago, the DLC Guide has quickly built a presence across five countries—New York, Dubai, London, Singapore, and Bangkok—and nine major global cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru, and Chennai. To date, it has recognised over 99 restaurants and hotels worldwide, evaluated by more than 74 independent auditors, making it the first Indian-origin global hospitality credit rating system to gain widespread international acceptance.
Looking ahead, the DLC Guide plans to expand into additional Indian and international markets, deepen industry engagement, and further contribute to global conversations around transparency, benchmarking, and long-term excellence in hospitality.
