The global travel industry enters a powerful new phase with the official launch of Panora LLC, a newly registered Destination Management Company set to lead South America operations from 2026 onwards. The venture is strategically backed by OA Globe DMC, which holds a 50% stake, underscoring a long-term commitment to developing South America as a key global travel market.
Registered in the United States, Panora LLC has been established with a clear vision to deliver immersive, experience-led journeys across South America, supported by strong on-ground operations and global destination management standards. With OA Globe DMC’s strategic investment, systems, and international reach, Panora LLC is well positioned to offer seamless, high-quality travel experiences for both international and Indian travellers.
South America operations will be led by Hardik Patel and Maya Sheth, who bring deep regional understanding and hands-on destination expertise. As co-owners and operational heads, they will oversee destination development, service delivery, and partner relationships across the continent.
Speaking on the launch, Hardik Patel and Maya Sheth said, “Panora LLC is born out of a deep belief in South America’s potential as a truly transformational destination. Our focus is on building the region with authenticity, strong local partnerships, and operational excellence. With the strategic backing of OA Globe DMC, we are confident of delivering experiences that are both meaningful and globally aligned.”
Commenting on the expansion, Vishal Somaiya, Co-founder and Director of OA Globe DMC, said, “This is not just an entry into South America; it is a thoughtfully planned commitment. Panora LLC allows us to build the region with clarity, structure, and complete alignment between global vision and local execution.”
Sharing the long-term vision behind the collaboration, Rahim Aslam, Visionary Founder of OA Globe DMC, added, “Panora LLC represents our philosophy of building destinations the right way—through trust, capable leadership, and global thinking. With Hardik and Maya leading operations and OA Globe DMC as 50% stakeholders, this venture is built for sustainable growth and long-term impact.”
