Pride Hotels Limited has strengthened its hospitality footprint with the signing of Pride Plaza Indore under a long-term lease agreement, marking a significant milestone in the group’s expansion strategy. The addition becomes the fifth property under the Pride Plaza brand and the second Pride hotel in Indore.
The upcoming hotel will feature 141 rooms along with banquet and hospitality facilities designed to cater to business travellers, MICE events, and leisure guests. Located on the AB Bypass Road in Rau, the property offers convenient access to the Pithampur industrial region and the Ujjain spiritual circuit.
The signing further strengthens Pride Hotels’ presence in Madhya Pradesh, where the group already operates properties in Bhopal, Jabalpur, and Indore. Industry observers believe the move reflects growing confidence in Indore’s emergence as a major business and hospitality destination.
The development aligns with Pride Hotels’ broader strategy of expanding across high-growth business, leisure, and pilgrimage destinations while strengthening its pan-India portfolio.
