Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport presents the Anatolian Cuisine Festival at NYC

This July, Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport invites Delhi’s discerning diners to embark on an extraordinary gastronomic expedition as NYC, presents the Anatolian Cuisine Festival—a celebration of the rich culinary heritage of Türkiye from 23rd July to 2nd August 2026.

Curated by internationally acclaimed Chef Gökhan Eser Kesen, an 8th Generation Ottoman Cuisine Chef, the festival brings together centuries-old recipes, authentic cooking traditions and vibrant flavours inspired by the diverse regions of Anatolia—the cultural crossroads where East meets West. From the bustling streets of Istanbul to the royal kitchens of the Ottoman Empire, every dish tells a story steeped in history, tradition and craftsmanship.

Known for curating exceptional culinary experiences from around the world, NYC has established itself as one of Delhi NCR’s preferred dining destinations, offering global cuisines, interactive dining concepts and memorable food festivals. The Anatolian Cuisine Festival continues this legacy by bringing an authentic Turkish dining experience to the capital, crafted by one of the country’s foremost ambassadors of Ottoman cuisine.

Chef Gökhan’s culinary journey began at the age of twelve and has since taken him across 17 countries, where he has mastered international cuisines while preserving the authenticity of Turkish gastronomy. Today, he is recognised as one of the leading custodians of Ottoman culinary traditions and has collaborated with renowned hospitality brands, restaurants and culinary institutions across the globe.

Guests can indulge in an elaborate spread featuring handcrafted cold mezze, vibrant Mediterranean salads, freshly baked Turkish breads, flavourful kebabs, traditional koftas, succulent Adana Kebabs, Chicken Shish Kebabs, slow-cooked lamb specialties and an irresistible finale of Ottoman desserts including the iconic Kunafa, Baklava and Turkish Rice Pudding. Every preparation stays true to traditional techniques while celebrating the warmth and generosity that define Turkish hospitality.

Adding theatre to the dining experience are signature live culinary showcases including the traditional Turkish Sand Coffee Ceremony, a spectacular 1.5-metre Adana Kebab, and a Live Kunafa Station, allowing guests to witness authentic preparations crafted before their eyes. Turkish-inspired décor, music and interactions with Chef Gökhan promise to transport diners to the heart of Anatolia.

Speaking about the festival, Chef Gökhan Eser Kesen said, “Anatolian cuisine is one of the world’s oldest culinary traditions, shaped by centuries of culture, trade and family recipes passed down through generations. Through this festival, I hope guests experience not only authentic Turkish flavours but also the warmth, hospitality and stories that define our culinary heritage.”
