The three-year collaboration covers the management, and potential monetisation, of 121 premium private villa plots across approximately 12 acres, within Hiranandani Communities’ 225-acre integrated coastal township. Hiranandani Sands is positioned by its developer as India’s largest coastal real estate project, with an estimated topline of ₹17,000 crore.
In this role, SaffronStays will run a dedicated front office on-site and take end-to-end ownership of how each villa functions and how each owner experiences it: from day-to-day property upkeep, to premium on-demand services such as on-call private chefs and concierge services including Ro-Ro transport, to experiential services such as celebration set-ups for birthdays, anniversaries and proposals, and sundowners. Owners can also choose to rent out their villas on the SaffronStays platform, under the same hospitality standards the brand is known for.
Within this township, which is also planned to include five hotels, a convention centre, a yacht club and a dedicated water sports zone, the luxury villa community spans 121 plots across 12 acres and is being developed as a self-contained, gated enclave, where individual owners will design and build their own villas. Through this collaboration, owners will have access to a dedicated, on-ground property management and hospitality operation from the point they take possession.
