TravelBullz’s Great India Roadshow 2026, organised in association with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) under the Amazing Thailand banner, concluded in New Delhi on August 14, marking the culmination of a three-city B2B engagement across North India.
The initiative brought together approximately 25 leading hotel, leisure and tourism partners from Thailand with Indian travel agents and outbound specialists. The interactions focused on strengthening business relationships, understanding evolving traveller preferences and creating commercially viable travel products tailored to the Indian market.
A key focus of the roadshow was the growing importance of Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in India’s outbound travel landscape. With rising disposable incomes, improved air connectivity, greater digital exposure and increasing demand for experiential travel, travellers from emerging markets are becoming an important source of international tourism demand.

By taking the roadshow to Lucknow and Chandigarh alongside Delhi, TravelBullz provided Thai tourism suppliers with an opportunity to engage directly with travel professionals beyond India’s traditional metropolitan outbound markets.
The discussions explored high-potential segments including destination weddings, MICE and millennial-led leisure travel. Indian travel agents are increasingly seeking flexible, differentiated and customisable products that cater to specific traveller profiles, rather than standardised holiday packages. Thailand’s extensive hospitality infrastructure, varied destinations and wide range of experiences provide opportunities to build tailored itineraries for families, luxury travellers, honeymooners, wedding groups, corporate travellers and younger leisure audiences.
Speaking about TravelBullz’s wider growth, KD Singh, Founder, TravelBullz, highlighted the company’s expansion, noting a 400 per cent growth in its global hotel business over the past three years. The growth reflects TravelBullz’s focus on building stronger connections between international tourism suppliers and India’s expanding outbound travel trade.
The roadshow also highlighted the continued relevance of face-to-face B2B engagement in an increasingly digital travel ecosystem. Direct interactions enabled Thai suppliers to better understand the requirements of Indian agents, while travel professionals gained access to a broader portfolio of hotels, experiences and destination services. This exchange is particularly valuable for complex travel segments such as weddings, MICE and premium holidays, where customisation, coordination and local expertise play a critical role.

Thailand’s proximity to India, established tourism infrastructure and diverse product offerings position it strongly to cater to the evolving Indian outbound market. From island escapes and wellness retreats to culinary experiences, adventure, nightlife and cultural tourism, the destination offers significant scope for travel agents to create personalised itineraries.
The strong turnout in Delhi brought the three-city roadshow to a successful close and reinforced the importance of North India as an emerging outbound travel market. The response across Lucknow, Chandigarh and Delhi demonstrated the growing appetite for international travel beyond India’s traditional metropolitan centres.
The Great India Roadshow 2026 ultimately served as a platform to deepen India–Thailand trade relationships, connect suppliers with travel sellers and explore new opportunities across emerging traveller segments. As Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities continue to gain prominence in India’s outbound tourism ecosystem, initiatives such as these are expected to play an important role in shaping the next phase of international travel from the country.
