Throughout his distinguished career, Pawan has successfully led Food & Beverage operations across reputed hospitality brands, consistently demonstrating a strong commitment towards service excellence, guest satisfaction, and business growth. His vast industry exposure and operational acumen have enabled him to deliver impactful guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and revenue growth.
Prior to joining Plume Hotels, Pawan was associated with Hyatt Regency Delhi as Food & Beverage Marketing Manager, where he played a significant role in enhancing guest experiences, strengthening operational performance, and implementing strategic F&B initiatives. Earlier in his career, he also served as Restaurant Manager, gaining valuable expertise in restaurant operations, customer engagement, and team management.
